2017 proved to be the most successful London Design Fair Show to date with a storm of slick and sophisticated surface solutions for interior designers and architects on show.
Since its inception in 2007 the show has become the destination for industry people to see, touch and explore the latest in European design furniture and materials. 2017 did not disappoint with visitors describing this year’s show as fantastic, inspiring and informative.
An emphasis at the Italian Pavilion – Design in South Italy was on new products, with many exhibitors launching new collections. Product launches included Officine Tamborrino, Trackdesign, Corvasce Design Velab and much more.

Q-Cina is a mobile kitchen that acts as a cultural project for the exchange of skills, know-how and visions linked with the art of choosing, cooking and eating food. Entirely made of powder-painted tubular steel components with a wooden top made of cut-out okoumé to hold a steel small container. The bottom worktop is made of cut-out steel plate, while the cooking section is composed of a module with a stainless steel worktop.
Caos is a steel sculpture with curves that suggest new ways of designing and using spaces.
It derives from a circle by alternating straight lines and curving lines to get a final unexpected rhythm. As a result, books and objects are placed in original and unusual ways to create special layouts and a new concept of order for materials.
LILA, CORTEN SOFA
Lila is a line of outdoor furniture inspired by the shape of a leaf. The design is refined and essential. The Corten steel structure of the bench appears as light as a leaf. The bench foresees an opening under the level of the seating top to allow placing the rectangular cushions that, when needed, are comfortably removed. The “drawer” is suitable to contain the upholstered items during the winter season.
Nomad Lamp: the lamp has a ceramic base, useful also as glove box, and a very long cable that allows you to bring the lamp around your home.
