Studio Mieke Meijer is a Dutch design studio run by Mieke Meijer and Roy Letterlé. They design particular and multifunctional objects for the home.

They have successfully combined design with the hand crafted skill of wood manufacturing together.

Their pieces are chosen from the architects and interior designer to characterize a space, to insert one or more masterpieces that will enrich and symbolise the style of those are living in it.

” A constructive form language, elegant lines and an industrial character are the key elements. Their passion for detailing and materials contribute to a strong, recognizable signature.” (via Dwell)

You should also pay attention to the photographic style of Studio Mieke Meijer: Their way of presentation is constructed like the images and buildings which serve as inspiration for their products.

What about price? We fall in love in this bed: Mieke Meijer merges chairs into a bed to create night tables. We can say that it is not too much expensive..it costs around 1.800 euro.

Another piece that we really like: this particular piece is based on an image of a winding tower and features a display cabinet overhanging one corner.
